1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on blufinonline.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the price stated. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. Payment is taken at the point of order.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title to goods passes to you when payment is received in full.
5. Returns & Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and receive a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty. Our 30-day returns policy extends beyond your statutory minimum rights.
6. Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
