Overview

The Red Gill Evolution 115mm is an internally weighted sandeel-style soft lure built for UK shore and boat sea fishing. It measures 115mm and weighs 4g per lure, with four ready-rigged lures supplied per pack.

Unlike a traditional unweighted Red Gill, the Evolution has the weight incorporated directly into its hook arrangement, with the hook top-mounted so the point sits upwards. This design reduces the chance of snagging when the lure is worked closer to the seabed.

The body is made from a soft but tough plastic compound, referred to by Red Gill as "ST Super Tough," which is supple enough to generate the lure's swimming action while being durable enough to withstand repeated captures.
