Saltwater Pro Assorted Sparkle5 hook - Size 2

Overview

Overview

The Saltwater Pro Assorted Sparkle 5 Hook Rig is a ready-tied multi-hook artificial lure rig from Dennett Outdoor, designed for sea anglers who want a fast, no-fuss alternative to traditional mackerel feathers. Listed under the manufacturer reference R321, it features five dressed hooks finished in a multicoloured Sparkle presentation along a single pre-tied trace.

Rather than tying individual hook droppers, anglers can simply attach this rig and start fishing, with each of the five hooks dressed to create its own visual presentation in the water. The assorted colours set it apart from the individually listed Blue (R318), Green (R319) and Red (R320) Sparkle rigs in the same range, giving anglers another colour option to try when the fish are feeding selectively.

Perfect For

This rig suits anglers targeting schooling sea fish such as mackerel, whether working the rig vertically from a boat or suitable pier, or retrieving it through the water from an appropriate shore mark. Its five-hook, multi-lure format means several dressed hooks can be fished at once, increasing the chances of contacting a shoal.

It's a handy rig to carry alongside white feathers, fish-skin rigs and other artificial sea lures, giving you a multicoloured option to fall back on when fish are proving fussy on more traditional dressings.

Technical Insight

The Sparkle dressing on each of the five hooks is designed to create visual attraction as the rig moves through the water, whether that's through a gentle jigging action from a boat or a steady retrieve from the shore. Fishing five hooks together on one ready-tied trace lets anglers present multiple lures simultaneously without the time and hassle of building individual droppers.

Because the rig arrives pre-tied, it's ready to clip straight onto your mainline or trace, making it a quick-to-deploy option when conditions call for a change of presentation.
