Saltwater Pro Silver Feather4 hook - Size 1/0

Overview

Overview

The Saltwater Pro Silver Flash 4 Hook Rig (R327) is a ready-tied sea fishing lure rig built around four reflective silver dressings with contrasting red heads.

Manufactured by Dennett Outdoor under the Saltwater Pro range, each lure body uses a Mylar-style tinsel material rather than traditional feathers, producing flashes of reflected light as the rig is worked through the water.

The rig arrives fully assembled, with a 0.55mm mainline and 0.50mm hook droppers, so there's no need to tie individual snoods or dressings before fishing.

Perfect For

Perfect for anglers targeting mackerel shoals from piers, boats or rock marks, the Silver Flash rig also doubles up for pollack fishing where a flashing, multi-lure presentation can draw attention from feeding fish.

Its four-hook format offers an alternative to traditional six-hook mackerel feathers, giving a slightly more compact rig for searching marks or working alongside bait.

Technical Insight

The reflective Mylar/tinsel dressings are designed to mimic the flash of small baitfish as the rig moves, rather than relying on the duller presentation of traditional feathers. Combined with the contrasting red heads, this creates added visual triggers intended to draw strikes from predatory species feeding in open water.

Being ready-tied to a 0.55mm mainline with 0.50mm droppers, the rig is built for quick deployment - simply attach to your trace and start working it with lifts, drops or a steady retrieve depending on conditions.
