anyfish anywhere 13ft 11in Tournament Match Pro MK2 inc Reducer

Overview

The Anyfish Anywhere 13ft 11in Tournament Match Pro MK2 is a specialist multiplier beachcaster designed for ultra-long-range match fishing, built around a lightweight yet powerful carbon blank split into two equal sections.

The rod carries a casting rating of 150–200g, with a published optimum casting load of 170g plus bait, making it a considerably heavier-rated tool than the standard Match Pro MK2. The MK2 version was redesigned for improved balance and smoother, faster recovery than its predecessor, increasing casting performance without demanding extra effort from the angler.

The blank features a fast, sensitive tip that retains enough firmness to sit properly in tide, flowing into a progressively more powerful mid and butt section as the rod loads. This combination is intended to help anglers put bait accurately at distance, session after session, regardless of weather conditions.

Perfect For

This rod is built specifically as a long-range, clean-to-mixed-ground match beachcaster — ideal for competition fishing, specimen hunting, and accurate distance casting with clipped rigs. It is not intended as a dedicated rough-ground or power-hauling rod.

It suits shore anglers who need consistent, repeatable casting distance across long match sessions, and the blank's control under load makes it well suited to playing larger fish once hooked.

Technical Insight

The Tournament Match Pro MK2 is configured specifically for multiplier reels, with a sliding Fuji DPS screw reel seat that lets anglers set the reel up or down according to their preferred casting style. Nine Fuji BCMNAG grey Alconite guides plus a tip guide handle the loads generated by long-range casting while keeping the line running smoothly.

A 23.5mm butt diameter paired with a slim shrink-tube handle keeps the grip manageable during repeated casting, while the 4.5mm tip diameter supports the fast, sensitive tip action. A reducer is included as standard, supplied in a quality cloth rod bag with a dedicated reducer pocket, reflecting the rod's focus on being ready for serious match use straight out of the bag.
